Hiring Aalborg Monastery Premises
Hire these unique historical premises for meetings, courses, exhibitions, concerts etc.
These historical premises in the centre of Aalborg can be hired to, for example, associations, public, institutions, companies and groups. Hiring can be for a single day, a weekend or for a longer period.
Examples of events that can take place in these beautiful premises can be meetings, product presentation, art and artisan exhibitions, ceremonies, Christmas events, press meetings, employee meetings, banquets, concerts, wine tasting and theatre performances.
With ecclesiastical events, e.g.: baptisms, weddings, funerals, etc., held in the Monastery Chapel, it may be possible to hire the premises and the Monastery Garden for the reception or memorial. The premises cannot be rented to other private parties, gatherings or for purposes contrary to the history and tradition of Aalborg Monastery.
Hiring of the premises does not include service, tablecloths and similar equipment.
Monastery tables, café tables and chairs can be used by arrangement.
In the refectory stands a regularly maintained Yahama grand piano, which according to agreement with Aalborg Monastery can be used by an experienced pianist.
